Not very clean!!! The air conditioning only works with closed windows, which they conveniently forget to mention!!! The late check-out process could use better communication, leading to unnecessary confusion!!! The decor feels dated!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Montecito was marred by a few significant issues. The room was quite cold upon arrival, and despite notifying the staff, we only had one heater working, which struggled to warm the space. the breakfast was quite lackluster, and there were no coffee or tea-making facilities available, leaving us unprepared for the day ahead.

The Family Room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a massive bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Not the fanciest decor, but comfortable enough. The bathroom ventilation could've been better, and the safe was unusable. Staff were super helpful and arranged everything we needed quickly.
